Portal information and retention
The portal is a secure transfer and confirmation boundary. RPI OS remains authoritative after accepted ingestion.
What to expect
- Drafts and invitations expire under configurable portal controls.
- Uploads are private and are not exposed through public file links.
- After an accepted transfer, portal data becomes eligible for controlled purge.
- Final production durations remain a Product Owner policy decision.
